Mark came by to assess a leak in my roof that would happen intermittently during heavy rains. Within a short period of time, he was able to locate the problem and made a repair on the spot! Mark was thorough, professional and the cost was more than reasonable. He also gave me an evaluation & time frame for the remaining life left on my roof. We used Shawnee construction for our roof update.  Pricing was fair.  The work was excellent and organized. They effectively worked through ongoing work with another team working on another project. Shawnee did a new roof for us several years ago and we were impressed with the workmanship, cleanup, and crew. Now we wanted vinyl siding installed on our house and we did not call anyone else. We needed the siding removed (asbestos shingles) and had house wrap and insulation. The house turned out amazing, we could not be happier. The crew cleaned up each day leaving the house not looking like a construction site. We would recommend Shawnee to anyone looking for services they offer. Very detailed, super clean and efficient. I was amazed ant the quality of work that went into replacing my roof before any work started. Including getting new skylights, flashing etc. I would recommend in a second.

We interviewed several other roofing companies before choosing Shawnee. When we met Mark he said his brother, Mike, was meticulous in his work, they work with a regular crew and instead of one day off with the old roof and on with the new, they would do he work in about 3 days. We have 11 skylights so we were concerned about the possibility of interior ceiling damage (there was none). Their work was indeed meticulous resulting in a beautiful, elegant job. We highly recommend Shawnee with their excellent work and fair pricing. They are the most professional and skilled construction company we’ve had the pleasure of working with which created a stress free experience and amazing result. Thank you, Mike, Mark and Lori!

Want to thank Mike and his crew for such a great and professional job. They did a tare off and had to replace plywood and remove the skylights that were leaking. The crew cleaned up and left my place clean. I would highly recommend Shawnee Construction.

We had a fantastic experience working with Mark and his families company.  We had our roof, windows, and siding completed by Shawnee Construction.  They were thorough, communicated with us frequently, and accommodating towards any modifications/information we made/needed to our project.  We are so happy with the results too! Shawnee Construction installed new siding and windows on our house.  My wife and I could not be happier than we are since the installation.  Mike and his team were very professional and took care with the surroundings of our house.  If you are thinking of replacing windows and siding, I would give them a call.
